Biggest investment into the market up until now, that is all being put into indexes, rather than partly going into previous savings account for the TH build.

Invested Amount: 9154 dkk 1227 €

Savings rate: 64,5 %

Total invested in Indexes: 66.362 dkk 8874 €

Portfolio change since last month: +5,91,%

Investments

Saving rate of 64,5 % is lovely and great to be back on track after a winter without income while building the TH.

Very interesting to see the budget the next few months now that we have the Tiny House to live in.

Indexes are getting close to previous highs which is pretty crazy in such a short amount of time.

It’s in these times is important for myself to remember :

“Invest in global, passive index funds and do it consistently over time and you’ll beat 95% of active investors”

That’s the plan I’m sticking to. Holding the course and knowing that statistically, this is the right strategy for private investors or definitely the strategy that has highest probability of getting a consistent return in the future when also taking risk and time consumed in to account.

Job

Back at work for the past two weeks now that schools are allowed to open slowly again and what a great feeling after a long winters break!

Teaching kitesurfing on the beaches, longboarding and Stand-up paddle when there is no wind in sight.

Lovely with a bit of change from building the tiny house!

Plus this will affect the income positively in the near future.

Tiny House Update

We’re getting down to the few last important things that have to be built now and we’re quite excited about the results so far.

We need the last water pipes and connections to be able to connect the water and get some of the goood H2O out of those taps and not having to collect it from somewhere else. Would be nice!

Plus something that is much needed is building a sofa with storage possibilities underneath. Sitting on the floor is starting to become a little annoying. Soon to come.
